Seven Teahouse began with a quiet question. For centuries, tea has been a bridge between cultures — a language through which China has spoken to the world. Yet in much of the modern American market, tea has become little more than a commodity.

We asked: What does truly good tea taste like? And where can it still be found?

Each year, our team returns to the tea mountains of China. We walk the land, study the leaves, and work directly with tea farmers and master tea makers to understand the soil, the climate, and the craftsmanship behind every harvest.

Every tea we select reflects a balance between nature and human intention. This is not mass production — it is care, time, and respect, cup by cup.

Traditionally, tea is divided into six categories: Green, White, Yellow, Oolong, Black, and Dark.

We believe there is a seventh.

The Seventh Tea is personal — the tea that meets you exactly where you are. You may think you are choosing a tea, but often, it is the tea that finds you.

Our hope is simple: that everyone who walks through our doors finds their own Seventh Tea.
