Caroline Parker is the herbalist behind The Cottage Herbalist Tea, her small-batch tea business based in the Wombat Forest, Central Victoria. Her blends are inspired by the quiet rhythms of the garden, the surrounding forest and hedgerows where many of the ideas for her teas begin.
