Boesong Jedda is the estate behind the Korean Breakfast Ruby Blend that won 2019 Golden Leaf gold. The garden focuses on late-spring sejak greens and ruby-oxidised blacks, all wok-finished in the hillside factory adjoining its visitor tasting deck.
