Ceramic artist Lesley Hurley pairs 20 years of tea sourcing with a love of handmade vessels to create Chai Collective. Her small team hand-grinds certified-organic black-tea and spice blends in the Byron hinterland, ships them in compostable pouches and complements the chai range with single-garden Assams and Darjeelings. Their Traditional Spice blend is a 2024 Golden Leaf silver-medal chai.
