Home-baker Sevgi Çıtak began rolling baklava for friends; six months later Sev’s Kitchen was supplying markets with handmade pistachio and macadamia baklava, rose-scented Turkish delight and—naturally—loose Turkish black tea to match. The family micro-business now ships nationwide, sharing “sweetness and culture” while juggling school-run life with two little girls.
