On a seven-acre pocket farm surrounded by karri forest, the O’Connor family grows Western Australia’s only commercial sencha without herbicides, pesticides or fungicides. Harvests are steamed, rolled, dried and packed on-site for a true paddock-to-cup experience; the resulting tea carries sweet ocean notes and gentle astringency.
