Thekla JSC. owns the Minh Lam tea brand, which provides premium products and services of ancient tea from Vietnam’s high mountains. We aim to make the finest tea products that preserve the essence of Vietnam’s nature and bring customers happiness and peace when enjoying tea.

“Minh” is tea and signifies light in Sino-Vietnamese characters; “Lam” means wandering clouds on high mountains. Minh Lam is also a without-tone-mark version of the word “mình làm,” meaning “self-made” or “made by us Vietnamese”. We believe that only when we make it ourselves and put substantial effort into making our tea can we truly bring quality products and understand the deep values of tea.

Our teas are made from 200-600-year-old Snow Shan tea trees from Vietnam’s high mountains. These ancient tea trees naturally grow at more than 1800m above sea level and are nourished by fresh air and pure water without human interference, so the tea is considered virtually organic. In addition, the soil and climate conditions in the high mountains give ancient tea a unique, delicious taste and a lot of health benefits.
